An Endless journey (My poetry)

An Endless Journey

A simple step to begin the journey
I took deep breaths
I shook my head
The ebb of fear is worth the wait
Eyes closed
I started my pace,
With steady steps, I walked with grace

Without the sight, various senses overruled
I hear the ripples of grass made by the breeze
The soothing wind passed through me,
brought a pleasant fragrance of tulips and honey
The fading sound of the raging river,
An icy torrent it made me shiver

The calm zephyr coiled my senses, I pondered awhile
And before I knew, I had walked a thousand miles
Could this be my happy place? I smiled
I allowed my sight once more,
My eyes focused through an open door,
Caught by the vision across the room
That's better suited to a story book

An enchanting smile of a seraphs' face,
A dazzling gaze like sun rays
I took a step back once and for all, but I was drawn into the view.
Charmed by the image brought before my very eyes,
A widespread arms, it welcomed me
I seek solace in the arms of my angel, It felt like home...
"Come with me" the angel said
"Let's start this journey of an endless end"

A/N This poem was inspired from Jasper's journey, until Alice came for him and joined her through eternity.

This is my first Twilight inspired poem.

Standing alone in the night,
no stars and no moon to guide me.
I’m living in a world without magic,
a world without hope.

Mother Earth is crying over her children
but nobody listens.
It’s the hour of the wolf
And there is no return.
